   American Title Agency, Inc., is an independent, full service, title agency serving Wood, Sandusky, and Henry Counties.

We provide a full range of real estate title related services, including title guarantees and title insurance policies underwritten by Port Lawrence Title and Trust Company and First American Title. We provide complete documentation for residential, multiple family and commercial real estate closings, including full escrow service.

We have offices and closing sites at 124 East Court Street, Bowling Green, 932 Dixie Highway, Rossford, and 206 Louisiana Ave., Perrysburg.  Other closing arrangements may be available upon request.  Our closings will be personally handled by an experienced Attorney at Law.
